As the IAM Practice Lead, you will define and drive the strategic and technical direction of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) capability. You will provide subject matter expertise across IAM, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). The role combines leadership, technical excellence, client engagement, and business development. You will work with clients to deliver secure, scalable solutions and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and business needs.
Your role
Lead the development and growth of IAM service offerings and capabilities
Evaluate and audit IAM/IGA/PAM implementations for effectiveness, compliance, and performance
Design IAM architectures and roadmaps aligned with client strategies and regulatory frameworks
Support business development activities: RFP responses, client proposals, and go-to-market initiatives
Collaborate with clients to understand complex identity security needs and propose tailored solutions
Oversee successful delivery of IAM projects and engagements
Manage and mentor IAM professionals, supporting career development and fostering a collaborative team culture
Define talent strategy – hiring, team structure, and skills development to match evolving market demand
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align IAM efforts with wider business goals
Stay ahead of industry trends and changes in IAM technologies, frameworks, and compliance requirements

Requirements
15+ years of experience in IAM, with hands-on expertise across IAM, IGA, and PAM domains
Proven knowledge of identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, access governance, and privileged access control
Track record in designing and auditing IAM architecture for large enterprises
Experience in client-facing roles and delivering advisory or consulting services
Familiarity with security standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, Zero Trust)
Strong leadership skills – team management, mentoring, strategic planning
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
Business acumen and ability to align security strategy with business objectives
Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment
Excellent English skills (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., German or French) are a plus
Preferred qualifications:
Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CIAM, TOGAF, Zero Trust Architect, or equivalent
Hands-on experience with tools such as: SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity
Prior experience in consulting, managed services, or enterprise IT environments
Understanding of IAM in cloud and hybrid infrastructure
