Broadridge ETL Developer

Our client is seeking a skilled ETL Developer with strong expertise in Broadridge ETL Work for their Cash & Money (C&M) systems. Ideal candidates will have experience in Wealth and Asset Management sectors, though candidates with a background in Financial Services (FS) will also be considered.

This role requires immediate onboarding, and the selected individual will work closely with technical and business teams to ensure seamless ETL processing, accurate data management, and robust system integration.

Your role

• ETL Development and Maintenance
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Broadridge ETL tools.
• Manage data flows between various systems to support C&M operations.
• Ensure data transformation, mapping, and integration meet business and technical requirements.
• Wealth & Asset Management Systems Support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the unique data needs of Wealth and Asset Management platforms.
• Ensure data pipelines are optimized for performance and scalability.
• Address data-related challenges specific to financial services and investment processes.
• Data Quality and Troubleshooting
• Conduct quality assurance for ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve ETL issues in a timely manner.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data processing and system integration.
• Collaboration and Reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams, including analysts, business users, and IT teams, to deliver tailored solutions.
• Create detailed documentation for ETL workflows, data mappings, and processes.
• Provide regular updates on ETL performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise
• Proven experience with Broadridge ETL tools in C&M operations.
• Strong understanding of data transformation, mapping, and integration workflows.
• Hands-on experience with data handling in Wealth and Asset Management (preferred) or Financial Services (acceptable).
• Nice to have: Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards; Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools; Experience with cloud-based ETL solutions.
