Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Team Lead to become part of their Technology Consulting team, offering comprehensive end-to-end project implementation solutions powered by expertise in Oracle products.
Your role
Manage requirements gathering and documentation using AIM, OUM, or other established methodologies
Facilitate client design reviews and discussions, from initial concept to final delivery
Lead teams of technical and functional consultants across various projects
Serve as a subject matter expert in aligning client requirements with key financial modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring successful execution
Interpret functional requirements from onsite teams and translate them into effective offshore solutions
Design module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion framework
Oversee Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap analysis, Training, and Testing processes
Support business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases
Develop and execute test scripts and test cases
Conduct training sessions
Lead and develop a team of experts with a long-term vision for growth and professional development

Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Finance or its predecessor products
Led at least four full lifecycle implementations of Fusion Finance modules
Experience managing a team of technical professionals in this domain
Proven track record in key client-facing delivery roles
Advanced financial or equivalent educational background
