Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant (CRM, Power Platform, Office 365)

For our Client we are looking for Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant (CRM, Power Platform, Office 365)

Your tasks:

• Design and implementation of software using Microsoft's Power Platform (Low-Code/No-Code) and the Office 365 product family;

• Analysis of customer requirements and creation of functional solution documentation;

• Support for existing applications, implementing changes, bug fixing;

• Testing and assistance in deploying applications to production environments;

• Maintaining positive business relationships with clients;

• Setting priorities and supporting project management, including involvement in planning project stages;

• Mentoring and supporting junior, less experienced colleagues.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English for effective business communication;

• Knowledge of Power Platform tools;

• Proficient understanding of Microsoft CRM system and processes - at least in one of the following areas: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing;

• Ability to describe customer requirements and translate them into tasks;

• Ability to configure the system according to requirements;

• Ability to map business processes;

• Ability to create user documentation;

• Ability to prepare and conduct training as part of implementations;

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to apply them;

• Familiarity with and ability to work in Azure DevOps/Jira environments.

• Highly developed analytical skills - understanding of customer business needs;

• Strong communication skills;

• Good organizational skills - planning and delivering according to schedule;

• Ability to identify and independently solve problems;

• Ability to estimate implementation work based on functional and non-functional requirements;

• Ability to delegate tasks and support their implementation on the project;
