As „first contact point & trusted advisor” the role requires very high interpersonal skills; being able to listen to, to understand the request & background of request, to propose optimal IT solution out of corporate portfolio, being ready to explore the background of business processes needs & to seek for optimal solutions, being open to international cooperation in multilevel line- and functional relations, being for business unit an advisor and a guide from demand to delivery.

5. Opis projektu, w którym świadczona będzie usługa. Jakie będą zadania? Czy zadania będą dotyczyły rozwoju czy utrzymania?

The person will play a role of “Business Engagement Consultant“, being a first contact point & trusted advisor for Polish Business unit HR in terms of business processes & GDS IT solutions:

•             Act as the first contact point for business unit HR PL and it’s key users regarding corporate digital solutions in the business area HR

•             Consult on digital solutions based on knowledge of business processes

•             Consult on demand collection processes, coordinate of / participate in delivery of solution (on demand)

•             Support, guide specification and initial evaluation of local demands towards corporate HR IT solutions

•             Conduct trainings for key-users / end users (about GDS processes, GDS solutions, or it’s changes)

•             Handle of interfaces between other HR systems (local & corporate)

•             Handle of data transfer from time and attendance readers

•             Handle of user permissions and login credentials

•             SAPGUI configuration

•             Support and test of new functionalities, major changes

•             Test of system patches

•             Handle of incident and root cause analysis

•             Create reports, support mass data import

•             Do other operational tasks that enable local HR PL Business unit benefit from corporate & local HR IT solutions

• The role is located in Regional Shape Enterprise REU, offers service for Business unit HR PL, cooperates with corporate units – Global Business HR, Global GDS Shape HR (HR IT delivery)

• Service is organized, planed, realized in alige methodologies (canban, scrum)
