Job Desc:

The UX candidate must have strong skills in creating user-focused services and a
consistent user experience and want to work within multidisciplinary agile teams
of developers, devops and researchers focused on products. You'll provide
technical leadership, working closely with the wider team to ensure design are
delivered in line with the project goals and delivery cycles and work closely with
developers to deliver rapid prototypes.”

Conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research, Interpret research results into personas, story boards and user journey,
Design low/hi fidelity prototypes,
Continuously improve the user experience of all the touch points, work closely with UI designer to deliver consistent design
Document design specification and work closely with developers to
communicate design details
Lead the Service Mapping to build a picture of the system and identify the actors.
Lead on the development of Service Design and User Experience practices
