The job is 100% remote but due to the specifics of our setup you need to be close to the equipment (Wrocław). Remote until after the pandemic. Test Automation Engineer is in charge of test framework development, analysis of the requirements to implement and automate test suites to ensure robust and timely product releases.
Your daily tasks on the job:

- Think ahead about new features to know what and how should be tested / broken (choose right)
- Scale / expand test framework to handle new product features (testing face / iris / fingerprint)
- Automate all kind of tests to have more time for creative thinking (CI / CD is in place)
- Analyze what failed and why, get it fixed and think how to avoid it in future
- Talk to your team mates to understand why our software is still not doing great
- Talk to your manager to know where is your next priority (only in case you missed first point)
- QA product release to make sure it fits all known / expected / wished requirements
- Enjoy learning how to QA state of the art biometric devices & algorithms
