    Responsibilities


    Leadership & Strategy:

    • Lead and manage the global recruitment team across different regions (6 recruiters).
    • Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s hiring objectives.
    • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.

    Team Management:

    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the recruitment team.
    • Set and monitor performance goals for the recruitment team and provide continuous feedback.
    • Foster a high-performing team culture focused on achieving key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Lead high-level recruitment initiatives for key global roles.
    • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
    • Identify and leverage effective global recruitment channels and platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).

    Recruitment Processes & Tools:

    • Streamline recruitment processes and optimize the use of technology and tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems) for efficiency and scalability.
    • Oversee the implementation of standardized global recruitment processes to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Regularly review and improve recruitment policies in alignment with market trends and best practices.

    Diversity & Inclusion:

    • Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment strategies and processes.
    • Ensure unbiased hiring practices and advocate for a diverse talent pool in all global regions.

    Data & Reporting:

    • Analyze recruitment data and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize recruitment strategies.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and turnover rates.

    Employer Branding:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s employer brand globally.
    • Represent the company at global recruitment events, conferences, and networking activities.


    Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
    • Proven experience in leading a global recruitment team and managing cross-functional relationships.
    • Experience in handling senior-level and international recruitment.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in different regions.
    • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
    • Work from the office


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the mobile gaming apps sector.
    • Fluency in multiple languages - English is a must.
