As a Senior PHP Developer here at Tagvenue, you will:
- Work on fresh code as part of our new CRM project
- Collaborate with a team of highly talented senior engineers, learn from each other, and discuss technical improvements
- Write top-quality code following DDD principles, covered with unit and integration tests
- Discuss business requirements and design solutions by working directly with stakeholders (Product Team, company Founders, other teams)
- Tackle scaling challenges – grow our traffic volume and data usage, expand into new markets, and explore new revenue streams
- Individually deliver complete features, from kickoff meetings with stakeholders through development, deployment into production, and monitoring
- Choose the architecture that best solves the problem at hand – as the sole engineering team in the company, we have significant autonomy
- Work in 1-week sprints, fulfill quarterly objectives, and join weekly Townhall meetings to stay connected to the business context
