We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join Facilitators Competences Unit in Deutsche Telekom IT Poland (part of T-Mobile Poland). We need a professional who will act as a Scrum Expert with a strong Agile mindset and who will facilitate the inspect and adapt process for teams continuously seeking for ways to improve performance. Responsibilities:
- Act as a Servant Leader
- Increase maturity of your Team and awareness of Agile frameworks (Scrum & SAFe)
- Support your team by removing impediments and facilitating Scrum Ceremonies
- Take care of your Scrum Team upskill in area of self-organization, collaboration & communication
- Ensure that your Scrum Team is working in supportive environment and is following core Scum Values
- Collaborate with other Scrum Teams, RTE’s, STE’s and Business Owners
- Support Agile Transformation of Deutsche Telekom IT & T-Mobile Poland
If you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience as Scrum Master in International IT environment
- Have good understanding of Software Development processes & practices
- Have ability to facilitate and lead organizational change and transformation in an international company
- Have strong communication, facilitation and moderation skills
- Are fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Have knowledge of SAFe and can speak German - that would be a strong advantage
