T Hub - Process Automation Lead - Employee Central

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

• You drive the transformation of our HR processes towards end-to-end digitalization with leading people experience in Employee Central

• Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ

• Identify automation opportunities: Analyze HR processes to find repetitive, manual tasks to automate

• Design workflows & rules: business rules, approval chains, and automated notifications in EC

• Concept integrations: Automate data flows between EC and payroll, time, benefits, or finance systems

• Test & validate: Run scenarios to ensure automations work correctly across different use cases

• Monitor & support: Set up dashboards, resolve automation issues, and train HR admins for ongoing use

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

• Proven experience in leading Employee Central implementations for large-scale organizations (5,000+ users), ideally in international, multi-country environments.

• Strong background in designing global templates for data and business processes.

• Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Experience with OpenText is a plus.

• Fluent in English (mandatory); German language skills are an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

• Experience in vendor management, including coordination with external partners and service providers.
