- Incident, Problem and Change management
- Life cycle topics such as development, quality assurance, planning, and execution.
- Participate and support in the implementation of the Release Management, more specifically plan, test, coordinate, support / execute rollout
- Monitoring, optimizing, and automating operations through the definition and continuous improvement of automated solutions.
- Coordination of work related to the maintenance of server’s hardware, cooperation with vendor and onsite support engineers in the replacement of damaged modules, such as disks, memory, etc.
- Exploring and evaluating new technologies and methodologies
- Automation of tasks using with Ansible Tower, Python, Yaml, or other programming languages or Tools
- Write and run automated tests with Jenkins / Cucumber.
- Build automated test environments with the Telekom test automation framework.
- Regular interaction with vendors
- Prepare, review and continuously improve technical and system documentation
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills using network analyzer tools like Wireshark/Caplon/Netscout/IrisView or similar
- Responsible for implementation and compliance the Privacy and Security Assessment process
- Understanding and practical experience of cloud infrastructure and container orchestration, including OpenStack and Kubernetes.
- Understanding and usage with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, particularly in automating like CI/CD processes, infrastructure as code and tools (Git, GitLab, GitOps, Ansible, Jenkins….)
- Familiarity with one or more scripting/programming languages such as: MySQL, Python, Shell, Ansible, Yaml. (Python Ansible & YamL preferred, or willingness to go into (writing and maintaining small programs for workflow automation)
- Utilizing Kubernetes as an end-user, including the creation and management of resources within clusters (Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications).
- You will be proficient in Kubernetes operators tools such as Flux for GitOps based for deployments and management.
- Understanding of text-based file formats json, yaml
You would eagerly grow in the following areas:
- Experience with redundancy and clustering technology (PCS, Galera, Keepalived, DRDB, HAProxy)
- General technology and IT automation
- Advanced git knowledge, branching, tagging, code reviews
- Experience in Linux + Bash Skills (general server administration, moving around in filesystem, package managers, installing software, checking resource utilization, writing small bash scripts to automate tasks)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience in agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
- IT security mindset including knowledge of encryption technologies and compliance

We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.
At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
