We are looking for an experienced technical specialist – a telecommunications engineer – to join our Value Added Services (VAS) team. You will support the development and maintenance of value-added services for both business and retail customers of T-Mobile. We are seeking someone who brings expertise, commitment, and a fresh perspective to complement our team’s competencies.
Our daily work involves comprehensive management of business products – from the concept stage, through defining technical requirements, to overseeing implementation and acceptance of changes delivered by development teams. We work closely with the operations department, providing both technical and substantive support.
Working in our team offers exposure to a wide range of ICT technologies – from traditional network solutions and service systems to modern cloud platforms and DevOps practices. We are looking for someone who can combine technical knowledge with the ability to analyze business needs and collaborate effectively across departments.

What tasks await you?
Development and maintenance of value-added service platforms (VAS), such as:
- SMSC (Short Message Service Center)
- MMSC (Multimedia Messaging Service Center)
- VoiceMail
- Ring Back Tones (known as “Granie na Czekanie” in T-Mobile)
- Location-based platforms
- RCS/RBM (Rich Communication Services / Rich Business Messaging)
Designing new technical solutions for business clients – from concept to implementation.
Creating and supervising E2E system tests, including automated tests – a key stage in project acceptance and compliance verification.
Implementing solutions in virtualized environments, such as:
- OpenStack
- Kubernetes (K8s)
Enhancing the security of developed solutions and ensuring compliance withinternal standards.
Supporting operations teams in service maintenance and development.
Designing software for the InHouse Development team.
Planning system capacity and scalability.
Working with a broad range of telecommunications technologies, including:
- Protocols: SIP, SMPP, MM1, REST
- Tools: Linux, ELK stack
What skills will be appreciated?
Experience working with services in a telecommunications environment –understanding their role and architecture. Experience with value-added services a plus.
Understanding of telecommunications architecture and protocols such as:
- SIP
- SMPP
- MM1
- REST
Working with Linux systems – our daily work environment.
Familiarity with virtualized environments, especially:
- OpenStack
- Kubernetes (K8s)
A solution-oriented mindset – “commit & deliver.”
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and complex systems.
