Network Service Monitoring Engineer
Join an agile, collaborative team dedicated to ensuring outstanding end-to-end service quality in mobile voice and data networks. Your primary mission will be to support, develop, and continuously improve monitoring solutions that guarantee the highest reliability and performance standards for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive service quality assurance for telecommunications networks, with a focus on monitoring, analysis, and improvement of voice and data performance.
Develop and implement monitoring concepts and processes to achieve high operational standards.
Conduct trace analysis in the environment of IMS, 4G, and 5G data streams (including decoding, correlation, and validation).
Support project teams in designing, planning, and executing quality assurance initiatives.
Work collaboratively within an agile team and coordinate with international partners as needed.
Your Profile:
Strong knowledge of mobile and (ideally) landline technologies and protocols.
Practical experience with IP network technologies and protocols.
Basic Linux skills.
High self-motivation and a passion for service quality and continuous improvement.
Strong teamwork and communication skills; good English required (additional languages a plus).
(Optional) Experience with operational processes in technical environments.
Tool Skills:
Required: Linux, Wireshark (optional)
Desirable: Monitoring Tools (such as Netscout, Anritsu), Deployment tools (CI/CD), Ansible
