IT Infrastructure Coordinator

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

• Manage the maintenance of technical infrastructure

• Manage and maintain systems and applications

• Collaborate and build relationships with internal departments, both within T-Mobile Polska and Deutsche Telekom, to ensure continuity of cooperation at the systems and applications level

• Support the GCD Colleagues in their daily IT issues/challenges

• Support technical onboarding of the new colleagues

• Ensure operational continuity of technical infrastructure and applications

• Implement new technological solutions to improve efficiency and optimize operations

• Prepare cost estimates and participate in budget planning

• Monitor progress, report on implementation status, and ensure deadlines are met

• Willingness to learn new tools and applications and train employees in their use

• Knowledge (or willingness to learn) of basic health and safety principles to enable proper task execution

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

• Technical education (IT, telecommunications, mechanics, electrical engineering, automation)

• Strong communication skills, ability to talk to various stakeholders

• Strong motivation and drive to move topics forward

• Experience in managing technical projects

• Analytical mindset

• Fluent English

• Nice to have: experience in process automation
