Opis stanowiska

• Define architectural standards and blueprints for hybrid cloud/on-premise data platforms.

• Lead the design and integration of Spark-based analytics, Kubernetes orchestration, GCP services.

• Collaborate with engineering and business teams on data analytics platform initiatives.

• Set and maintain best practices for scalability, reliability and maintainability.

• Guide teams through migration, modernization and optimization projects.

• Document and communicate data architecture, integration patterns and workflows for technical audiences.

• Evaluate and recommend technologies and methodologies fitting business and compliance needs.

• Support teams in troubleshooting, performance tuning and strategic planning.

Wymagania

• 5+ years experience in data platform architecture or engineering.

• Deep knowledge of GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc Pub/Sub), Spark, Kubernetes, DWH, Big Data.

• Proven leadership in hybrid cloud/on-premise integration projects.

• Strong skills in technical documentation, system design and stakeholder management.

• Experience with cloud-native migrations and hybrid architectures.

• Familiarity with data governance and advanced analytics frameworks.
