Data Analytics Manager - Operation Department

What tasks await you?

• Leadership: providing guidance and direction to the team of data analysts and data scientists ensuring their growth, development and success
• Data Strategy: collaborating with key stakeholders such as Technology, B2C & B2B, Finance, HR to develop and implement solutions which will bring maximum value to customers
• Advanced Data Analysis: analyzing complex datasets using advanced statistical techniques to define patterns and insights that drive strategic decision-making
• Data Modeling: developing and implementing predictive models to forecast business outcomes 
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Creating clear data visualizations and reporting to communicate insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making

What skills will be appreciated?

• Extensive Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully leading analytical projects and teams
• Advanced Technical Skills: experience in designing, creating and operating relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB);experience/ knowledge in GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, AWS, Azure, Python, SQL ML flow / ML@OPS Pandas, Numpy, Big Data (PySpark), sciKit-Learn, Tensorflow Keras; ability to maintain, deploy and train predictive models
• Leadership: strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate the team of data analysts and scientists, fostering their growth and development
• Strategic Thinking: ability to think strategically and translate data insights into actionable business strategies and recommendations
