As Data Analytics & Data Insights Team Leader in the One Portal team, you’ll be at the heart of our data strategy — building and optimizing data analytics that power decision-making and innovation across multiple national T-Mobile companies.

Define Vision & Strategy

• Set a clear and ambitious vision for commerce-related data journeys aligned with business OKRs.

• Prioritize data analytics & data insights initiatives based on stakeholder impact and measurable business value.

Backlog Ownership

• Own and manage data analytics & data insights backlog: from new features to tech improvements and bugs.

• Prepare actionable, testable, and valuable user stories that guide cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the key interface between data engineers, analysts, architects, and One Portal product teams.

• Collect, align, and translate requirements from various countries actionable data analytics and data insights goals.​

Data Governance & Quality

• Champion data quality, accuracy, privacy, and compliance across systems.

• Drive the adoption of metadata standards and resolve quality gaps.

• Lead efforts to integrate anonymized data into our Central Data Lake for seamless reporting.

Value Realization

• Track and demonstrate the business impact of data analytics initiatives.

• Drive outcomes—not just outputs—through effective measurement of KPIs and OKRs.

Scalable Data Products

• Design and develop reusable, scalable data analytics products that support the entire commerce value stream.

Wymagania

• Strong data analytics mindset, especially in funnel and journey analysis.

• Experience in eCommerce/Selfcare or digital product flows; knowledge of user behavior and conversion funnels.

• Understanding of ML and recommendation engines is a plus.

• Experience with data analytics and data insights management in a data-driven context.

• Familiarity with SQL and dashboards (e.g., Metabase) is a bonus.

• Solid grasp of data architecture, privacy, and governance frameworks.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

• Agile mindset with experience in backlog and roadmap management.

• Strategic orientation and focus on business value and scalability.
