Business Analyst / Analityk Biznesowy

Holding the role of the Business Analyst joins the responsibility for the well-gathered requirements and being a team member within the whole development process.   

 What you will bring to the table:  

• experience in the IT industry is a must 
• excellent command of English (C1+)  
• experience in diagnosing customer needs and analyzing business requirements  
• familiarity with the software development process   
• knowledge of the web platform/web applications (user’s perspective)  
• demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills  
• strong interpersonal and communication skills   
• self-starter able to work both in a team and independently  
• adaptability and quick learning  
• initiative and ownership to ensure successful outcomes   

Your work in details:  

• Gathering requirements from the client 
• Proposing solutions to the client and verifying priorities  
• Performing QA   
• Acting as the company’s representative   
• Conducting refinements with the team  
• Creating project’s and analytical documentation  
• Supporting the development process  
• Organizing design-thinking / brainstorming sessions  

How do we operate?  

• weekly meetings with a group of stakeholders in US 
• regular communication to ensure continuity of the analysis process 
• gathering requirements  
• deepening domain knowledge (client application) 
• preparing the backlog items  
• creating of the analytical documentation 
• close cooperation with Synergy's design  
• supporting the development team
