About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to focus on making one of Synder’s products even better. In the future, this role may include team leadership responsibilities. This role suits someone who loves challenges, is excited to work with numbers, and is eager to learn more about accounting.
What You Will Do
- Plan and manage product features to grow users and revenue.
- Work with developers, support and success specialists and other teams to deliver updates and improvements.
- Learn the accounting domain and ensure the product meets user needs.
- Analyze data and user feedback to find ways to improve the product.
- Create and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term tasks with long-term goals.
- Write clear product requirements and track progress in Jira.
- Test new ideas and features to improve user experience.
- Track product performance using key metrics.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS B2B.
- Experience leading a product team or mentoring colleagues.
- Knowledge of accounting or willingness to learn.
- Understanding of metrics like retention, acquisition, and MRR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and love for challenges.
- English B2 level or above, exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
