Who we are?
SwingDev is a Polish-American IT company. Our heartbeats in an atmospheric office in a renovated tenement house in Nowy Świat, although many of us also work remotely from various parts of Poland (and the world). Currently, we are a team of around 50 people and we are growing at a steady pace.

Who are we looking for?
As the Graphic Designer, your main duty will be to push for great designs that will bring the brand of our company and projects to life. You will be leading the work on the marketing, branding, and culture side while working closely with the head of design and employer branding expert. We want to be challenged with bold designs and brave executions.
You'll be joining a team of five skilled, smart, fun, and friendly designers. Each designer on our team has their own expertise. Together we combine our skills in leading workshops, doing in-depth research, creating UI designs, branding, and illustrations to build products that we can be proud of. As a Graphic Designer, you'll be expanding our skills and helping us get more projects on the marketing and branding front.

- You are incredibly passionate about all things design; we want your work to inspire us,
- A strong portfolio showcasing your designs and creative process,
- Great technical skills in using Adobe CC, Affinity, and/or Figma,
- The ability to deliver on a brief and a desire to expand concepts to add your own unique touch to the process,
- A good understanding of web design and basic UX/UI principles,
- Excellent collaborative skills to work closely with the design and other teams,
- Confident in sharing and presenting your work,
- Strong command of written and spoken English,
- Experience in After Effects a bonus.
What you'll do:
- Push for brand design improvements for SwingDev and our client,
- Creating digital assets for social media, blog posts, emails, banners, and presentations,
- Potentially work on print tasks (e.g. posters and billboards), designing t-shirts, stickers, etc.
