Content Writer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Content Writer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a multinational cybersecurity software company. 

The role is dedicated to a specific 3-month collaboration/project with the possibility of extension and will focus on delivering high-impact deliverables directly connected to business growth.  It is a high-visibility opportunity on a global consumer security product, offering contractors quality materials for their portfolios and the chance to work with a big company and a fun team for real business impact. 

You'll be required to come into the Prague office when needed (hybrid/on-site preferred over fully remote, but we can consider a fully remote option if the candidate is a great match). 

Requirements

• Advanced English level, preferably US English.

• Experience in UX microcopy (desktop, mobile, or web) and/or technical writing.

• Excellent grammar, writing, and editorial skills.

• A sense for design, user flows, and space limitations.

• A nose for sniffing out potential problems with designs/copy that customers may have.

• A curiosity for how things work, and the ability to get the answers you need for your copy.

• Ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customers and see the products through their eyes.

• Ability to break down complex ideas into simple human language.

• Experience with Axure, Figma, and/or Agile.

  
  

Responsibilities

• Help to establish the foundation and process for all UX copy in a range of our products.

• Produce microcopy that drives customers to take action or understand how to use a product.

• Explain and promote the rationale and benefits of well-designed copy.

• Work closely with both Product Owners and the User Experience & Design Team.

• Interact with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand business objectives, target audiences, and product benefits.

• Be willing to deep-dive into the customer pain points, interview Product Managers about product details, and help out with customer research projects.
