About

We are looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator who will take responsibility for managing, securing, and maintaining Windows Server environments in enterprise-scale infrastructures.

You’ll work with Active Directory, Group Policies, WSUS, and Microsoft Defender ATP, ensuring system stability, patch compliance, and security hardening in line with CIS standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

• Handle WSUS for updates, patching, and driver management.

• Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender ATP (cloud) with application control and WDAC.

• Implement CIS-based hardening for Windows clients and servers.

• Create and document PowerShell scripts for automation and configuration.

• Participate in incident, problem, and release management according to ITSM standards.

• Support system maintenance and change-based development in CRITIS (critical infrastructure) environments.

• Contribute to automation and deployment pipelines and take part in on-call rotations for 24/7 operations.

What you bring

Must-have:

• 5+ years of practical experience with:

  • Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPO) design and management

  • WSUS configuration and patch management

  • MS Defender ATP, WDAC, and CIS hardening

  • PowerShell scripting and documentation

Nice-to-have:

• Degree or certification in IT or engineering

• Experience with ITSM processes (incident, problem, release management).

• Knowledge of automation and deployment pipelines.

• Experience working in CRITIS / 24x7 environments.
