We are looking for a senior developer who is driven by ownership, real impact, and meaningful work. In this role, you will help shape and evolve the company’s core ERP platform that supports life-saving projects across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system

• Design, develop, and maintain AL extensions with focus on performance and upgradeability

• Lead the handover from an external development agency and manage knowledge transfer

• Translate complex business processes into clean ERP solutions

• Challenge unnecessary customizations and protect system stability

• Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations, and management

• Improve documentation, testing, code quality, and release processes

• Act as a technical sparring partner for product and leadership decisions

What you bring

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL)

• Solid understanding of ERP concepts (finance, items, projects, permissions, posting routines)

• Experience with extensions, event subscribers, upgrades and integrations

• Pragmatic mindset with focus on long-term system

• High standards for code quality and maintainability

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership

• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Curiosity, persistence, and willingness to learn

• Fluent English for daily work in an international environment

• Experience working in-house is a strong plus
