We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team in Warsaw or remotely.

The project:

Our client is at the forefront of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) for the consumer packaged goods industry. With an $8 trillion challenge to solve, they offer an innovative SaaS solution. CPG brands allocate 20% of their revenue to secure retail placements and promote their products. Still, the catch is that 70% of these promotions don't yield a positive return on investment due to tracking complexities. They're changing that by leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and Fintech, revolutionizing the industry's reliance on emails and spreadsheets.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their flagship features. You'll collaborate closely with Design, Product, and other departments to build the future of trade for their clients. Additionally, you'll mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth. This role empowers you to lead the development of entire features or products, significantly impacting their mission to transform the trade promotion landscape. Some of their valued customers include beloved brands like Liquid Death, Amy's, and Laird Superfoods.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Implement new processes and best practices to enable engineering capacity
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, and propose elegant technical solutions that address them.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintain best practices.
• Identify and address technical challenges or risks, proactively proposing solutions to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Participate in the recruitment, mentorship, and onboarding of new software engineers

What's important for us?

• 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer
• Full-stack experience (JS/react and python)
• Experience with our tech stack (GCP/Python/Django/React/Redux/SQL/Docker) or a similar stack
• Experience with GraphQL/Apollo
• Exceptionally strong analytical, communication, and mentorship skills demonstrated through experience; detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take the initiative to get things done
• Previous start-up experience
• Experience working as a software engineer in architecting, building, and scaling products
