Job description
As a Learning & Development (IT Expert) at STX Next, you will design and deliver learning initiatives that support the growth of our technical teams. You will work with HR and managers to identify development needs, lead trainings and workshops, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
You will also support developers on the bench, preparing them for client interviews and project onboarding, while managing L&D programs, materials, and cooperation with external training providers.
Responsibilities
Working as L&D IT Expert you will:
Be responsible for delivery of end-to-end learning & development initiatives
Prepare and execute learning strategies and programs for STX Next co-workers and employees
Implement various learning and development methods companywide (for example: coaching, job shadowing, online/offline trainings)
Be a trainer/leader of particular workshops, online webinars
Collaborate with HRBP and Heads on talent management & succession planning
Provide active support for Tech developers on bench - preparing them for client interviews, presentations, leading dry runs, etc.
Define both individual and teams development needs
Design and deliver e-learning courses, trainings, workshops and bank of development recommendations
Prepare presentations and learning materials when needed
Support Managers & Co-workers in the area of employee career path development
Promote learning culture and continuous upskilling
Take care of Learning & Development budget (monitoring and planning the usage of the budget)
Negotiate contracts with 3rd party vendors (external trainings)
Requirements
What do we need from you?
Proven experience in execution of IT learning strategies and development programs
Previous experience in similar positions in an IT company
Strong knowledge of tools, on how to prepare learning materials, presentations etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and present advanced reports and data that are easy to understand
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload effectively
Be a team player & passionate about people development
English - at least C1
