What you will be doing:

• coordinating the data normalisation pipelines with the client;
• supervising the substantive correctness of the data operations;
• maintaining and developing custom calculation rules according to the client's needs;
• continuously developing and refining efficient data processing strategies.

We are looking for colleagues who:

• have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• possess a degree in IT, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for complex data analysis and processing;
• have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and data analysis tools;
• are proficient in statistical software: Demonstrate proficiency in statistical software such as R or SPSS, allowing for sophisticated data manipulation and analysis;
• possess basic programming knowledge: Show basic programming skills to automate tasks, manipulate data sets, and streamline data processing workflows;
• understand data visualization principles: Can translate complex data sets into clear, insightful visualisations that aid in data interpretation and decision-making;
• skilled in SQL: Exhibit a robust understanding of SQL for database querying, manipulation, and data retrieval;
• embrace market research knowledge: Knowledge of Market Research methods and principles is highly appreciated, aiding in the analysis and understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour;
• are analytical and detail-oriented: Display strong analytical skills with an intense focus on accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting;
• have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English: Can convey technical information clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences.
