Start your agile journey with us! With our scrum community, you will gain experience and learn good practice. We are using product discovery methods to make the best solutions for our customers. Our headquarter is in Katowice, but you can choose where do you want to work (office/ hybrid mode / HO).
Responsibility:
Responsibility:
- Taking care of the proper Scrum implementation in Scrum Team
- Cooperation with Product Owner, including work with the product backlog, good practices, support in the delivery of valuable products
- Motivating the team to act in a self-managing & cross-functional way and to stay focused on the goals
- Supporting teams in organizing Scrum events and their daily work in Sprints
- Helping Scrum Teams to improve product development and communication using Agile approach
- Collaborating with other Scrum Masters to build an environment that supports building valuable products to the end customers
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in working with development teams
- Experience in working with Jira
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile methodology
- Problem-solving skills
- High communication skills
- Can-do attitude
- Being a team player
- Proactivity
Nice to have:
- Experience leading workshops and using facilitation techniques
- Knowledge of the Product Discovery methods
- Skills proven by a Scrum Master certificate (i.e. PSM)
