In short, although remote work is not limited, we are looking for people who want and plan to work from the office most of the time.
We value interpersonal relations and the ability to solve problems together while standing next to a physical whiteboard. We are looking for people for whom the ability to work together in a single location is a feature, not a bug. We want to ensure that when you come to the office, there will be other people with a similar mindset.
If you’ve read this far, you should apply—the first interview is non-technical, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
