DevOps Engineer - Warsaw - Onsite.

AWS DevOps Engineer (Onsite – Warsaw, Poland)

Our client, a leading technology-driven organisation, is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join their team onsite in Warsaw.

This role is suited to a hands-on cloud engineer with strong experience in AWS environments, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising secure, scalable cloud platforms within a modern engineering ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable AWS infrastructure

• Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK (preferred) and/or Terraform

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments

• Manage containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

• Support serverless solutions using AWS Lambda

• Configure networking components including VPC, IAM roles, security groups and load balancers

• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions

• Ensure cloud security, reliability and performance optimisation

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering

• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, Lambda)

• Practical experience with AWS CDK (TypeScript or Python preferred)

• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools

• CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar)

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Scripting skills (Bash, Python or similar)

• Strong understanding of cloud security and networking principles

• Fluent English skills required.
