Senior Frontend Developer

Strategic Staffing Solutions International customer is a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management company. We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Front-end Developer for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. 

Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in the Warsaw office.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an international team to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.
• Define and implement scalable front-end architectures and reusable components.
• Optimize web application performance and improve front-end metrics.
• Enforce code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Work with UX Designers to implement engaging, accessible user interfaces.
• Build and automate testing pipelines to ensure reliability and reduce bugs.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements for faster, smoother releases.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building rich web applications with modern front-end technologies.
• Strong expertise in React and Angular, along with proficiency in TypeScript, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new languages and frameworks.
• Experience with clean code principles and testing methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Self-motivated, self-managed, and capable of analytical thinking, innovation, and intellectual curiosity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience working within an agile SDLC, including research, design, and engineering phases.
• Familiarity with micro front-end architecture.
• Hands-on experience with reactive programming methodologies and frameworks like RxJS.
• Knowledge of front-end build tools and testing libraries such as Webpack.

Required Technologies and Concepts:

• Mandatory: React, Angular, TypeScript
• Additional: Jest, Cypress, Redux, Node.js, CSS-in-JS, Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
