The Group IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting IT projects/initiatives within the Stock Spirits Group organization. The main task of the Group IT Project Coordinator will be to support the activities of the project team. This role will report directly to other Project Managers and collaborate with various IT or business team members.
- Project support in terms of management and delivery of IT projects. Assisting in the project planning, scoping, budgeting, monitoring, and controling.
- Close collaboration with other project team members to ensure proper communication & relations within the project.
- Support in coordination and organization of project teamwork
- Assisting in managing relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Support in preparing and maintaining different project deliverables, such as documents, reports, project plans, communication plans, RAID logs, progress updates, etc.
- Assisting in the preparation of project status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for project tracking and evaluation.
- Assisting in identifying potential project risks, analyzing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring project expenditures and assisting in budget management, ensuring projects stay within allocated resources.
- Scheduling and organizing project meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and documenting meeting minutes and action items.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and best practices within project management and IT team.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or any Technical Specialization, business management, Project Management, or similar
- Good command of English (B2) - the ability to communicate verbally, read and write, produce documents, and communicate in professional contexts
- Experience with MS Office 365 tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum, and an understanding of their application in IT projects.
- Awareness of IT governance frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL
- Knowledge of project documentation practices, including creating project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize
