Project description:
As a Security Engineer you will be overseeing the IT-security of our company and you primary responsibility will be to drive the security of our infrastructure.
You will be part of a multinational team spread over different geographical locations in order to support StepStone Group IT-Security.

Project description:
As a Security Engineer you will be overseeing the IT-security of our company and you primary responsibility will be to drive the security of our infrastructure.
You will be part of a multinational team spread over different geographical locations in order to support StepStone Group IT-Security.
What we look for:
- Proven experience as a Security Engineer
- WAF knowledge with hands-on experience
- Attack vectors related to infrastructure and web application
Technologies that are nice to have:
- AWS Cloud Security
- Akamai WAF
- CrowdStrike
- Tenable Security Center
- Red-Team activities
In this role you will:
- Detect, investigate, contain and remediate security events or incidents.
- Detect and recommend possible IT-Security solutions to increase our visibility.
- Develop and implement technical solutions that will help mitigate the risks and vulnerabilities identified.
- Participate in Architecture community to identify risks within the infrastructure and mitigate them.
- Create meaningful dashboards for continuous monitoring and alerting.
- Implement, maintain and fine tune our WAF.
- Report on weekly basis with metrics about the company overall status and act on the deviation.
