We are looking for an open-minded and experienced Product Manager to bring our B2B solutions to the next level of growth. The product is an integration solution that help people around the world to easily apply for new jobs.
Your Role:
You will take ownership of enhancing our existing product and launching it on a new market. You will work with various stakeholders from different countries and a strong cross-functional team dedicated to achieving business results.
Managing stakeholders’ expectations and concentrating on outcomes is key to this role. You will be responsible for prioritizing the work of a team and working with them on finding best solutions for our partners and clients.
You:
This role would suit a Product Manager who is tech savvy, likes to concentrate on quality front-end and back-end solutions and wants to deliver value early to our clients.
You will enjoy the role if you like seeing your product being used by clients and impacting company strategic goals.
Ideally, you will tick many of the boxes below:
- At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager position
- Shows ownership and responsibility with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Experienced in development of B2B or B2C digital products
- Understands how different systems work together to exchange data (API solutions)
- Experienced in working with Agile development teams, delivering complex initiatives through iterative development cycles
- High levels of enthusiasm and drive
- Influencing and negotiation skills – ability to manage expectations
- Confident and tenacious with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset
- Superb interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
