Hi! We're Bee Talents, an IT recruitment agency that has been helping clients from all around the world in building their technical teams since 2015. Today, we would like to invite you to participate in the recruitment process for our client (currently in stealth mode).
Our client is a fast-growing AI-driven PropTech startup transforming the way homes are managed. Backed by a £2.7M pre-seed round and led by a highly experienced founding team from the UK and Poland, the company is building an AI-powered home management co-pilot that simplifies property ownership. With a launch planned for later this year, they are expanding their engineering team to support rapid growth. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious team and play a key role in shaping both the technology and product.
Product: the company's mission is to revolutionise the way homes are managed by building an AI-powered property management co-pilot. This AI agent will help clients with all things property-related - from finding an electrician or plumber to comparing home insurance quotes. Their platform will also digitise all information about a property to proactively manage maintenance and admin. The goal is to alleviate typical frustrations associated with property maintenance and repairs, thus improving marketplace efficiency and saving time and money.

The team is currently 9 people strong, including the CEO, CTO, CFO, UK Commercial Director, Head of Product, along with 3 founding engineers and a designer. What Hey Alfie can offer you:
💰Salary and type of contract: 23k - 28k PLN on B2B (and 0.2%+ ownership in the company, subject to a 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff, along with planned equity option grants in the future)
