Our Development Team is expanding and looking for fresh blood - we’re currently looking for a Junior Product Support Specialist, who will help us build amazing products for our clients. As we grow, we're expanding into new areas - including AI, automation, and intelligent systems and we’re searching for someone who is excited to explore with us.
📍 Location: Remote/Warsaw Office (as you wish)
💰 Salary (PLN):
8,000 - 10,000 + VAT (B2B)

You will work on a single product, taking ownership of its direction and development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow across different areas — Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support — building a versatile skill set and shaping the product’s future.

What we’re looking for:
Experience:
1–3 years of professional experience in a related role (e.g. product support, QA, project coordination, or junior product management).
Tech skills:
Basic understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum preferred).
Experience with manual testing of web or mobile applications (reporting bugs, preparing test cases).
Ability to handle simple technical issues reported by end-users and escalate complex cases appropriately.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate client needs into clear tasks for developers.
Familiarity with Jira.
Comfortable working with documentation (creating task descriptions, user guides, test scenarios).
Soft skills:
At least B2 in English – we work internationally, so that’s a must,
Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills – we’re a team and we want you to be a part of it!
Proactive attitude towards implementing changes and learning new areas (QA, PM, support)
Attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience working directly with end-users or clients.
Familiarity with basic SQL queries, Postman, or API testing.
