Integration Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Integration Specialist to join our growing team. The hire will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our integrations using Seeburger BIS with internal and third-party tools. The role will involve building interfaces to support critical business processes, with a focus on exchange of electronic order, invoice and related documents with our partners as well as integrations between core systems within the organization. Guidance and mentoring of less experienced colleagues is expected. The ideal candidate should be capable of independent problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-boarding of new customers, vendors & carriers
- Integration of applications using file based and API interfaces
- Defining technical specifications where needed
- Writing data transformation mappings
- Documenting their unit testing
- Oversee daily monitoring of integration platforms
- Managing often changing priorities
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and nurture teamwork
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years experience in A2A, EAI, B2B, EDI
- Good understanding of data standards, formats, and transformation such as XML, JSON, CSV
- Good understanding of common and secure connectivity protocols such as HTTPS, SFTP, Web Services or AS2
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- 2+ years active experience of a scripting language is desirable
- Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Previous experience of working in and helping to shape small teams
