AI Senior Developer

As part of the expansion, we are seeking an AI Developer to join the Customer Care Platform project. The role will focus on designing, developing, and integrating AI/ML solutions with an emphasis on Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and multi-modal interfaces (chat and voice). You will have the opportunity to architect and deliver intelligent automation systems for customer care, marketing, and transactional use cases, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions and multi-modal interfaces (chat, voice) for customer support.

• Architect and deploy AI agents that provide real-time, intelligent automation for various use cases.

• Build and maintain AI model pipelines for inference, fine-tuning, chunking, and embedding-based retrieval (RAG) systems.

• Optimize and deploy AI models in production environments using Azure and Kubernetes.

• Integrate GenAI agents with internal APIs and backend services through MCP.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to build scalable CI/CD pipelines and implement infrastructure-as-code.

• Evaluate and integrate both open-source and proprietary LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies and utilize orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, MCP).

• Build and manage model evaluation frameworks, A/B testing environments, and experiment tracking systems.

• Ensure privacy-first AI workflows that comply with GDPR, including user consent, PII scrubbing, and auditability.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the internal GenAI technical roadmap.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Several years of experience in AI/ML development, particularly in Customer Care solutions.

• Strong proficiency in Python and NLP frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Services).

• Solid understanding of cloud architectures and microservices on Azure.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
