Team Coordinator (Embedded)

Job description:

We are looking for a Team Coordinator with a background in embedded systems to support our engineering teams. The ideal candidate combines technical software knowledge with hands-on leadership and coordination experience. You’ll work alongside Project Leads, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to turn goals into executable plans, ensure seamless task execution, and drive efficiency and quality in delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Software Project Lead (SW-PL), Scrum Masters (SM), Product Owner (PO), and Project Manager to plan and coordinate team tasks.
• Translate high-level project goals into detailed tasks, aligned with project priorities and team capabilities.
• Allocate tasks based on project needs, task complexity, and team members’ strengths and interests.
• Define and track Scrum Goals, identifying and addressing performance or delivery gaps.
• Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Scrum Team to maximize value creation at the product level.
• Balance team dynamics with project, technical, and company constraints and objectives.
• Collect and respond to team feedback to foster continuous improvement and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and project-specific guidelines (including ISO 26262).
• Support the alignment between short-term sprints, mid-term plans, and long-term project goals.
