Senior Solutions Engineer

Spyrosoft is leading the recruitment process, facilitating a seamless experience for candidates who are ready to shape the future of online shopping and payments.

As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for defining Klarna product solutions for our largest merchants and partners based on their needs. You will work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to provide technical product knowledge and support our go-to-market teams with new or updated products. You will be a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders and own all technical aspects of the pre-sales process, as well as the delivery of solution proposals to go-to-market teams. This includes leading product demos and presentations, providing technical input into customer proposals, and translating product and business requirements into innovative solutions. When a customized solution requires development, you will define the business needs, architect the solution in collaboration with product and engineering, and lead the realization effort.

We offer a hybrid work model in Warsaw’s vibrant Wola district. English fluency and eligibility to work in Poland are essential, as is the successful completion of a background check to meet the rigorous standards of the financial domain.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with and/or implementing web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, and related tools or services.
• Proven experience working with product and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eagerness to learn, and a curious mindset.
• Adaptable attitude with the ability to embrace continuous change.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with web technologies, including payments and/or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and at least one programming language such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with current eCommerce platforms or content management systems.
• Sales or account management experience is preferred, but not required.
