Senior Scrum Master

Our customer is a leading German producer of customized solutions for solar-powered electricity. Their innovative products—ranging from photovoltaic systems and energy storage to smart cloud solutions—help individuals become energetically independent.

They’re now looking for a Scrum Master to support and guide 2–3 agile product development teams on their mission to create sustainable energy solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and guide 2–3 product development teams using agile practices
• Facilitate key team rituals: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Help resolve blockers and impediments
• Support the team in understanding and refining the product backlog
• Foster continuous improvement of team performance and processes
• Create transparency on team status and report progress
• Act as a communication bridge between developers, stakeholders, and management
• Promote self-organization and empower team members based on agile principles

Your Profile

Must-Haves:

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or in agile project management
• Confident facilitation of agile ceremonies and problem resolution
• Strong knowledge of agile values and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven ability to optimize team workflows and boost performance
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Conceptboard
• High level of personal responsibility and structured working style
• Very good spoken and written English

Should-Haves:

• Degree in business administration, engineering, informatics, or similar
• Hands-on experience with different agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Xray to connect with QA testing
• German knowledge
