Job description

We are seeking a Software Engineer (Python/AI) who will play a key role in solving complex problems within the realm of AI and automation. The work will focus on developing innovative solutions that enhance how Klarna manages and analyzes data, facilitates personal development, and improves communication within the company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development on commercial projects.
• Backend engineering with Python: Strong Python skills, including Python 3 basics.
• Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL for database management.
• Experience with LLMs and OpenAI API: Practical knowledge of large language models and the OpenAI API.
• Experience with REST APIs and web sockets: Familiarity with third-party system integrations.
• Familiarity with GenAI Libraries: Experience with Hugging Face and LangChain.
• Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in AWS (Serverless, Lambda, Redshift, S3, EC2).
• CI/CD and Monitoring Tools: Understanding of Jenkins and Datadog.
• Building Slack Bots/Integrations: Experience in developing Slack bots and integrations.

• System management: oversee internal systems to maintain reliability and scalability, supporting all Klarnauts, including executive leadership.
• Leverage insights for continuous improvement: analyze both successes and challenges to refine processes and drive ongoing innovation.
