    This role is a combination of sales and delivery. This is a unique opportunity for professionals in the area (especially for robotics enthusiasts) who are ready to lead exciting projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and contribute to our dynamic, growing company.


    REQUIREMENTS


    • 5+ years of experience as PM in IT
    • 2+ years of experience as a Sales/Account Management Professional
    • Proven experience in Robotics (for example mobile robots, drones, robot arms or Embedded or Enterprise domains)
    • Deep understanding of SDLC
    • Understanding of modern agile and iterative methodologies
    • Fluency in English (C1)
    • Willingness to work across various time zones
    • Soft skills and ‘can do’ attitude are hard requirement.This role higly relies on interaction with the customers: both startups and 200+ people companies. 
    • Based in Wrocław, Poland


    Nice To Have

    • Experience in software development based on Robot Operating System (ROS) or sensors like LiDAR, stereovision, RGBD cameras or similar
    • Experience in software development based on IoT devices both in integration and in management systems



    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as a supporting role to the Robotics Business Unit Director 
    • Build networking & communication with the customer
    • Analyze and define development plans with the customer
    • Support the preparation and review of offers
    • Work with internal and external (customer) stakeholders for project delivery
    • Create & update the Account Plans for the customer
    • Manage multiple teams
