Senior Project Manager – Szczecin

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record in managing complex systems for global clients
• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales activities, including bidding and offer preparation
• Proven success in Enterprise (cloud, mobiles, .NET, Java) and AI domains
• Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices
• Expertise in modern agile and iterative methodologies
• Fluent English (C1)
• Flexibility to work across US time zones
• Based in Szczecin, Poland

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of CMS platforms
• Experience in the chemical industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build networking & communication with the customer – establish new contacts
• Analyze and define development plans with the customer
• Support the preparation and review of offers
• Work with internal and external (customer) stakeholders for project delivery
• Create & update the Account Plans for the customer
• Manage multiple teams
