Microsoft Active Directory:
- Management of Microsoft Active Directory Forests and Domains, Creation, modification and deletion of Active Directory objects
- Group policy Management

Microsoft File service:
- Managing Microsoft Failover Clustering (File service)
- Installation, Configuration and Administration of Microsoft File server Role including DFS, DFSR, DEDUP
Microsoft Print service:
- Print queue management on Microsoft Windows Print servers.
Microsoft 365:
- Extension, migration and optimization of Microsoft M365 infrastructures in the outsourcing environment
- Implementation of (international) migration projects of infrastructures in the area of Microsoft M365 and Windows 10
- Migration projects from Exchange Onprem to Exchange Online
DHCP:
- Creation, modification and deletion of DHCP Scopes, reservations, exclusions etc. on Microsoft DHCP server
Microsoft Windows Server:
- Configuration and Management of Microsoft Windows Server o
- Set up, configure, handle, and upgrade Microsoft Windows Server versions, o
- Windows update installation
Exchange:
- Operate and maintain a Microsoft Exchange environment
Lync/skype/Teams
- Operate and maintain Microsoft lync, skype and/or Teams environments
General:
Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software Incidents/problems
- Work to SLA thresholds for incident(s), request(s) and problem(s)
- Resolving issues on own judgement and coordinating with L3 team for major issues.
- Working on the Incidents including P1 & P2 and Change Requests and Problem Ticket.
- Taking appropriate action on alert triggers for servers
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Tenant Management.
- Experience using ITSM Tools and processes. Basic ITIL Knowledge
- Successfully completed degree in (business) computer science or completed training, ideally with a focus on computer science
- Extensive experience in the field of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, File and Print Service, Win10/11, cloud infrastructures AWS, MS Azure as well as an understanding of IT technologies in general such as identity providers, clients and Server structures
- Knowledge of new IT technologies (e.g. M365, Modern Managed Workplace, …) as well as enthusiasm for state-of-the-art technologies and experience in the implementation of IT projects are desirable
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills and a structured and reliable way of working
