• Excellent solution presentation skills 
• Experience training teams to use report and dashboards 
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Business Central 
• Experience working with multiple currencies within Salesforce (nice to have) 
• Experience working within an events business

Headquartered in London, UK, Client operates throughout Europe and the United States.

Salesforce is central to the operations of Client’s teams. It plays a crucial role in engaging with and gaining a deep understanding of the customers. Under the guidance of the CFO and Head of Marketing, and with support from the CTO, the specialist will be accountable for developing a comprehensive range of reports and dashboards that align with the business needs. The candidate will have the independence to immerse themselves within Client's Finance, Marketing, and Technology departments, crafting detailed, data-driven insights that enable swift and informed strategic decision-making.

Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Finance and Marketing teams to gather and prioritize reporting and dashboard requirements utilizing Salesforce, Pardot, and Business Central. 
• Define, design, and implement interactive and dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead efforts to achieve excellence in Salesforce reporting.
• Proactively contribute innovative ideas and concepts to enhance Client’s utilization of Salesforce.
