Project Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager (managing at least two Scrum teams)
• Ability to build and setup development teams, manage project scope, budget and reporting aspects
• Proactive, independent, attentive to details
• Good knowledge of the English language (min. B2)

Project description:

We are excited to announce new freelance opportunities for Project Managers to join our upcoming initiatives with one of our key clients in the enterprise software space. These are project-specific roles with an estimated duration through the end of 2026, offering the potential for extension based on project needs and performance. Preferred locations for these engagements are Wrocław and Warsaw, aligning with the client's operational presence in Poland.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing at least two Scrum teams and will be responsible for ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and scale development teams in close cooperation with line managers and recruitment team
• Monitor and manage project budgets
• Prepare regular progress and issue reports
• Oversee change management within the project
