PHP Software Engineer (Magento, PIM)

Salary ranges:

1. Regular: 60-100 PLN/h
2. Senior: 100-125 PLN/h
3. Lead: 125-155 PLN/h

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of Magento 2/Adobe Commerce development experience
2. Solid experience with PHP 8
3. Expert knowledge of Magento supporting services like MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Varnish, Swagger, Elasticsearch
4. Experience with at least one PIM system: Pimcore, Akeneo, or Ergonode
5. Experience working with Docker
6. Solid knowledge of Composer
7. Team player
8. Communicative English and Polish
9. Able to work independently
10. Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other team members
11. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
12. Proficient with PHPUnit, PHPStan
13. Certified Adobe Commerce developer
14. Experience working with Jenkins, GitHub Actions
15. Nice to have: Experience with AI tools and their practical application in development workflows
16. Nice to have: Familiarity with MCP server and its integration within Magento/Adobe Commerce environments

Main responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain functionalities for Magento 2/Adobe Commerce webshops
2. Work with Product Information Management (PIM) systems – understanding of PIM concepts and experience integrating or managing PIM solutions is a strong plus
3. Help create new eCommerce solutions for our clients – from the first discovery to launching MVP and helping further down the line with more innovations
4. Adhere to Magento best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development
5. Be an active part of code review – it is very important for us Collaborate with Tech Lead / Architect to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits, etc.)
6. Interact directly with business clients
7. Collaborate with the entire team to create new tools and solutions internally
