- Ability to work from the Warsaw office (located at Postępu 15) at least 2-3 times per week.
- Experience working as an Engineering Manager, IT Manager, Team Manager, Resource Manager, or in a similar role related to managing software engineers as a line manager/team manager, with a strong focus on people management rather than project management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the software development industry.
- At least 1 years of managerial experience in IT, including leading teams of a dozen or more people as a line manager/team manager
- At least a general understanding of technologies used in software development, for example .NET/Java, Angular/React, Swift/Objective-C/React Native/Kotlin and roles like DevOps Engineer, QA.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, solve problems, collaborate in teams, and build trust-based relationships.
- Experience representing the company in front of clients and partners.
- Fluent in Polish and English at a minimum B2 level (mandatory).
- Experience working with AI specialists/Data Scientists and/or knowledge in these areas - being a plus.

Your main responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 30 to 65 members (depending on experience), ensuring the professional growth and engagement of software engineers.
- Allocating specialists to projects, considering both company needs and employee development goals.
- Making decisions regarding salaries, promotions, and career paths.
- Representing the company to clients, particularly in acquiring new projects (pre-sales) and showcasing company expertise.
- Collaborating with Recruitment and Employer Branding teams to hire new software engineers and fostering their retention within the company.
- Allocating specialists to projects, considering both company needs and employee development goals.
- Supporting T&M and body-leasing projects and occasionally preparing technical sections of sales proposals (infrequent).
