Junior Project Manager (Szczecin)

We are looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager who communicates well and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Initially focused on internal R&D projects, this role will gradually expand to client-facing initiatives as you grow into external project leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

• initial experience in IT project coordination or software implementation (at least 1 year of commercial experience)

• basic understanding of project lifecycle and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work with distributed teams

• fluent English (at least B2)

Nice To Have

• exposure to data-driven projects (AI/ML, IoT, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS).

• familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

• additional language (German, French) is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• manage internal R&D projects

• support senior project managers in planning and executing international projects

• coordinate project documentation, schedules, and risk management activities

• communicate with cross-functional technical teams (Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, AI/ML Experts, UX/UI Designers) to ensure alignment with client requirements

• monitor project progress, budgets, and support preparation of status reports and presentations for clients

• ensure project governance, data security compliance and maintain high-quality delivery standards
